Returns are free within the UAE if there is a manufacturing defect. For non-defect returns, shipping charges may apply. You can drop the product in our shop for free, no restocking fees. For later warranty claims, bring the product to our Sharjah shop or shipping charges apply (50 AED in UAE city areas; international shipping charges vary).
